February Instructor Spotlight - Emily

Emily has been teaching group fitness classes at 212 since 2013. She has taught a range of classes from a freestyle HIIT class, core (formerly known as Les Mills CXWORX) and continues to teach Les Mills Body Combat.

Emily found a passion for fitness at a young age. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and went on to graduate from college with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in dance.

Outside of the gym, Emily and her husband Ryan (who you can find working out at 212 bright and early most days) are busy trying to keep up with their two wild and crazy toddler boys.  If she can ever find any down time, Emily also enjoys reading and catching up with friends.
