Manager On Duty
Position Title: Front Desk MOD (Manager on Duty)
Accountable To Kim Jesch - Sales Lead, Member Services Manager & Fitness Advisor
Overview of General Responsibilities
The Front Desk MOD is the lead contact for all members, guests, prospects, and employees when other managers are absent. The MOD is responsible for all operations of the facility and ensures we provide outstanding customer experience and maintain appropriate facility standards according to the 212 Fitness expectations. The Front Desk MOD is also responsible for all duties accompanying the Front Desk attendant position.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· When no membership reps are present be able to tour and complete the membership process.
· Answers and directs all incoming phone calls.
· Fields all member complaints and concerns.
· Perform opening and closing procedures for the club if assigned those shifts, responsible for keeping member services desk clean, neat, and orderly.
· Attends scheduled departmental meetings and bi-monthly managers' meetings.
· Be willing to help as needed in housekeeping to ensure the club is kept up to our cleaning standards.
· Maintains professionalism when not assisting members; avoids eating, reading, internet surfing, or any other activities that are not work-related.
· Creates the “First Impression.”

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and multiple personality types

· Passion for the fitness and health industry
· The ability to hold others accountable for their job duties
Hourly Position-
Regular working hours Monday-Friday, requires evening and weekend hours as needed. Free gym membership with club benefits and club discounts will apply.
