To enable infrared to penetrate tissues as deep as possible, we recommend wearing as little as possible. A cotton towel, gym shorts or swimsuit are perfect options.

One session will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. But similar to exercise, the more you do it, the better the results. Recommended use is 3-4 times per week for 30-40 minutes.

Sweat levels are different for everyone. Don’t be surprised if you don’t sweat during the first few sessions.
Sweating will increase with regular use. Even if your body is not drenched in sweat, your body is still detoxifying from harmful toxins. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water before your session. If you are dehydrated, you will not sweat as much.

Just as you would not leave your cell phone in your car on a hot day, we do not recommend taking cells phones, Apple watches, or other electronics in the sauna. The electronics that are built into the sauna are designed for a heated environment.

Even though infrared is completely safe, it is not recommended to use while pregnant. While pregnant, the core body temperature is already elevated, and you could overheat.
If you are breastfeeding, please consult with your physician, as this answer is usually yes, but may be no depending upon your specific circumstances.

Sauna Terms & conditions
Membership Cancellation
No long-term commitment – cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations must be made in person at the spa or by phone. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Memberships are billed monthly on the day of your original purchase.
Bringing a Guest
Bring a guest to your sauna session! Our sauna can comfortably fit up to two people during a session. Please see below for guest pricing.
Single Session: additional $14 per session
Unlimited Membership: additional $10 per session
Sauna Series: additional 35% per session
Club Access
Club access is not available for unlimited sauna membership sessions.
Single Session users may take advantage of the clubs amenities on the same day as your sauna session.
