Class Descriptions

  • Move with purpose in this energizing Vinyasa flow that connects breath, strength, and balance. Expect a powerful full-body experience that calms the mind and uplifts the spirit.

  • A slow, restorative practice that targets deep connective tissues to improve flexibility, mobility, and posture. Each pose encourages mindfulness, breath, and relaxation—perfect for all levels.

  • Flow through Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates moves that strengthen your body and calm your mind. Focus on balance, control, and breath for a rejuvenating full-body experience.

YOGA

  • Combination of aerobic and strength training that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. A variety of equipment is used like noodles, underwater weights, kick boards, etc. Low impact and does not require swimming or fitness experience.

POOL FITNESS

  • A mix of our Express Cycle class with a 15min ab killer to top it off. Get your heart rate pumping and your abs burning.

  • Blends the best of both worlds – cycling and strength training, all at once. Move to the beat as you ride and lift light weights to challenge your body and energize your mind.

  • 30 minutes of high intensity cardio utilizing the stationary bike. Bike resistance is individually adjustable allowing for a great fitness class for participants at any fitness level with the option for low or high intensity.

CYCLE

  • A challenging, mat-based Pilates class that strengthens your core through precise alignment and breath. Expect reformer-inspired movements that tone, stabilize, and energize the entire body.

  • A powerful, non-contact workout inspired by martial arts like Boxing, Taekwondo, and Karate. Burn calories, boost confidence, and have a blast while unleashing your inner fighter.

  • A cardio drumming class is a full-body workout that combines drumming, music, and rhythm. Participants use drumsticks to hit an exercise ball to the beat of the music. The routine often includes dance moves and steps, and can involve drumming overhead, to the side, and between the legs.

  • Activate and strengthen your core with dynamic movements before easing into gentle stretches that release tension. Finish with a guided meditation to restore balance and clarity. An optional sauna session afterward offers the perfect way to round out your recovery.

  • A full-body strength workout focused on powerful, everyday movements. Challenge yourself, build confidence, and find your strength—your way.

PILATES & MORE

  • A beat-driven, high-energy sculpt session that keeps your muscles firing and your heart rate up. Move to the rhythm through dynamic strength sets, endurance and core work designed to tone, define, and empower. Expect continuous movement, fierce energy, and that addictive sculpt burn

  • This 45-minute full body training session is designed to prepare you for a HYROX competition, or to push your physical limits to the max.

    Workouts will include a variety of movements such as bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, carries, sleds, and cardio conditioning!

  • Addictive workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. A breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. Great for beginners in strength training.

  • Fire up your core in just 30 minutes! This class blends bodyweight, bands, and light weights to tone your abs, glutes, and back while boosting strength and stability.

HIGH INTENSITY

  • Designed to increase mobility, stability, flexibility, and agility that is fun and effective. A variety of equipment will be utilized during class. This class is low impact and does not require fitness experience.

  • Blend of strength, flexibility, and balance moves with the format always changing. Equipment typically utilized: resistance bands, hand weights, a chair, and bodyweight. Modifications are provided so everyone can participate in this low impact workout.

  • A low-impact mix of light cycling, standing core, and gentle movement to build strength, stability, and confidence. Expect variety, fun, and motion at your own pace!

  • A walking, toning, and balance class to help burn the calories and work on everyday balance moves. Walking at your own pace with moves like high step, side steps and different fun interactive moves to get those steps in!
