What is hYROX?

  • This 45-minute full body training session is designed to prepare you for a HYROX competition, or to push your physical limits to the max.

    Workouts will include a variety of movements such as bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, carries, sleds, and cardio conditioning!

    Limited to 16 participants per class.
