Senior Group Fitness Classes
212 Fitness offers a variety of classes that are customized to older adults. These classes use simple, easy to learn movements that will motivate individuals to stay active throughout their life.

Because you’re never too old to start getting fit. Our personal trainers curate programs to match your fitness goals, and will help lead you through your health & wellness journey.
Amenities
The little things can make a big difference. Our club includes thoughtful touches that go beyond the typical workout gym, such as Slap Bang Bagel Cafe, a Recovery Corner, Hot Tub & Saunas.
Staying active is crucial as we age
That’s why we provide programming specific to this population. Our Senior Fitness Coordinator keeps our members engaged with great workouts and events outside of the fitness center. Once a month we meet for Senior Coffee Social where members and guests can expect hot drinks, snacks, games and more!
Did you know the risk of dementia and depression can be decreased by 20-30% in older adults when they workout consistently? Community also helps and that’s what we strive for. Seniors also need regular training. It takes 3-4 workouts a week to maintain muscle mass which has the potential to decrease 3-8% per decade as we age.
