Gift Certificate Policy
Give the ultimate present with a Gift Certificate from 212 Spa. Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be used towards spa treatments or spa retail products. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for for cash value. 212 Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
BOOKING & ARRIVAL
212 Spa is open to the public and members alike.
Clients can book over the phone, online, or on site with our receptionist.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to relax and complete the health history form.
212 Spa requires a minimum, of 1 Hour notice to schedule an appointment, and same day bookings are not guaranteed. Please schedule further in advance to secure your desired time.
A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. No charges will be made to the card prior to the service received, unless client is in violation of 212 Spa cancellation policy.
MINORS & CHILD CARE
Child Care is available to Spa Clientele, on site in the Kid Zone for ages 6 weeks to 13yrs old. Please notify the receptionist if you will need child care during booking. Rates are $9.50 for a day pass, up to 2.5hrs with our licensed child care staff during Kid Zones hours of operation.
Clients under the age of 18 will require written approval from a parent or guardian, to confirm the health history form and consent to service, before the appointment can begin. Minors must be a minimum of 13 years of age with parent/guardian on site to receive 212 Spa services.
CANCELLATION OR LATE ARRIVAL
Any late arrivals will end at the originally scheduled time, as to not delay the appointment of the next scheduled guest. Full payment will still be required of late guests. If you, the client, know you will be running late please notify the front desk as a courtesy.
If you must cancel, or reschedule, your spa appointment please notify us at least 18 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
If rescheduling due to Severe Weather or Illness, please notify 212 Spa no later than 6 hours prior to the original appointment, then reschedule within 10 business days to avoid cancellation fees. If the appointment is not rescheduled at the initial call, then the client will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made with less than 18 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your appointment(s) and a 50% charge of the service(s) original value.
No Show Clients that fail to cancel their scheduled appointment, will be responsible for a 50% Charge of the service(s) original value, with a 1st offence. With a 2nd No Show incident, and any proceeding no shows, the client is responsible for and will be charged, 100% of the service(s) original value. If a client has excessive no shows, then it is within 212 Spas ability to no longer allow said client to reschedule.
Retail returns and exchanges
All unused, unopened retail items, in the original packaging, purchased at 212 Spa are refundable or exchangeable within 90 days with proof of purchase.
Any used product causing adverse reactions may be returned, in full, within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please provide pictures of any adverse reactions so proper steps can be taken for future services and spa protocol. If no proof of purchase is provided, or reactive product is returned after 30 days a 60% refund will be provided to the client.
Any open, or used spa retail products are not eligible for refund.
