I’ve been into fitness for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a dad who was a world-class athlete, movement and discipline were just part of my everyday life. I started going to the gym when I was 11, and that early start sparked a lifelong passion for training. Volleyball is also a huge part of my story—I’ve played for years and now coach sand volleyball, which has taught me how to motivate, encourage, and bring out the best in others. I even spent a few years powerlifting, which helped me understand strength and technique on a deeper level. Over time, I’ve developed a strong belief in Applied Functional Science, training the body in ways that improve real-life movement, longevity, and overall performance.
