Terms of Recurring Service Cancellation

• I understand that 30 days notice from the next billing date is required to cancel my Monthly LIT Training. • I understand that if I am cancelling my Annual LIT Training Agreement before the 12 months is up, I will be charged 50% of the remaining months fees. -Alternatively a $50 fee can be applied with proof of relocation more than 60 miles away or no fee with a medical excuse. • I understand that if I cancel after my billing date no refund will be given. • I understand that the cancellation will be effective today for Locker Rentals and Towel Service. Locker must be emptied today with lock removed.
