Youth Summer Training

Our program is designed to inspire young athletes to develop their skills in the weight room while enjoying a fun, supportive, and engaging workout.

Price varies based on 212 membership status and number of children registered.

Also note, we will allow parents/guardians to workout in the gym while your athlete(s) is in session.

Wednesdays & Fridays

1:30PM - 2:30PM

Ages 8 - 12yo welcome!
