Template 1:

Monday - 9AM Hardcore Strength class

Tuesday - 9AM Cycle & Abs, Sauna, Smoothie from Slap Bang Bagel

Wednesday - Personal Training session, upper body

Thursday - 8AM Yin Yoga & core work

Friday - DIY lifting session in Fitness Center, lower body

Saturday - 8AM Cycle & DIY lifting session in fitness center, upper body

Sunday - Walk & Recovery


Monthly - meet up with fitness advisor or trainer for InBody Scan and results tracking


Template 2:

Monday - Personal Training session, upper body

Tuesday - 5PM Body Combat

Wednesday - Personal Training session, full body

Thursday - 5PM Core30

Friday - Infrared Sauna Recovery session

Saturday - DIY lifting session in fitness center, lower body

Sunday - Walk & Recovery


Monthly - meet up with fitness advisor or trainer for InBody Scan and results tracking
