Saturday - 8AM Cycle

Sunday - Walk outside

Monthly - InBody check - in, coffee meet up w/small group at Slap Bang Bagel

Tuesday - Rest day, hot tub hang out

Wednesday - 5:15PM BodyPump

Thursday - 5PM Core30
