Esthetician

We are seeking a passionate Licensed Esthetician looking to build a long-term career in skincare and wellness. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping others feel confident, refreshed, and cared for through results-driven skin treatments.

The Esthetician is responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments designed to improve, maintain, and enhance the health and appearance of the skin. Services include customized facials, exfoliation treatments, depilatory hair removal, and body treatments.

To thrive in this position, you should be self-motivated, client-focused, and driven to grow your own book of business. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional services while confidently recommending and selling retail products to support client results.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable promoting themselves, bringing in new clients, and actively marketing their services to stay busy and successful.

Compensation & Perks

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician license for the State of Wisconsin

• Proficiency with equipment and tools required to perform technical services

• Top-notch customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Ability and motivation to grow a business and retain clients

• Familiarity with the FarmHouse Fresh® Skincare line, or willingness to learn and use the brand

• Desire to continue learning, improving, and excelling in your skills

• Certification in, or willingness to become certified in, Lash & Brow Services (Lash Lifts & Tints, Brow Lamination & Tints)
