HYROX instructor
212 Fitness is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated fitness coach to instruct our new and exciting HYROX classes. Must be fitness-minded with previous teaching experience and have a passion for working with people. We are looking to fill two evening classes, Monday and Wednesday, 5:30-6:15 pm, $30.00 per 45 min. class, free membership included, plus other benefits. We will provide your HYROX Level 1 coaching certification. General Responsibilities:
To manage, develop, grow, and oversee the HYROX Training Program for members and non-members at 212. Continually strive to provide the very best variety, consistency, education, and professional instruction for our members and non-members. Specifically responsible for developing, growing, and promoting the HYROX program within the studio and the surrounding community. This role focuses on increasing participation, fostering member engagement, and representing the HYROX brand through high-quality coaching, events, and outreach initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Properly and safely implement fitness programs with a HYROX emphasis.
2. Fill out all related paperwork and submit payroll on time.
3. Accurately log member participation.
4. Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
5. Be a team player and help the entire fitness department provide quality and professional services to all members.
6. Attend required meetings.
7. Always wear the 212 Fitness uniform when on duty.
8. Abide by the policies and procedures listed in the 212 Fitness Employee Handbook.
9. Additionally, this position may be asked to assist in other areas of 212. Cooperation is assumed. All staff members work as a team to provide superior service that 212 bases its reputation on
